Fred is our Executive Vice President of TitleWave Properties, LLC. He serves in the vital role of overseeing all transactions of the firm.

Fred is a licensed attorney in Sanford, North Carolina, where he has been practicing law for over 29 years. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Lee County Bar Association.

In Sanford, Fred served on the Planning Board for over four years. In addition, he was instrumental in reviewing and participating in the implementation of new zoning and planning regulations that led to the current zoning and planning laws that Lee County and the City of Sanford are currently operating under. He also participated in the establishment of the Rosemount–McIver Park Historic District in the City of Sanford.

Fred is the owner of Carthage Square where his office is currently located in Sanford. He purchased the land, developed it, and served as the general contractor in its construction. Currently, he leases out his additional commercial space to medical providers.

Fred served on New Providence Baptist Church’s construction committee and was instrumental in the design, development and construction of the new sanctuary and office facility in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.

Fred served his country in the United States Military as an enlisted soldier and as an officer in the North Carolina National Guard and the United States Army Reserves. He also served in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield and received various awards for his performance in the service of his country.

Fred grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina, and in the rural community of Delco, North Carolina. He worked his way through college and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He continued his education at the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Fred is married to Julie Smith Webb. They have three children.
