As our EVP, CFO and Managing Partner, Kevin heads the firm's finance department. He is an accomplished senior executive with decades of progressive experience in finance and management across various domestic and global industries. Kevin's consistent proficiency to control multiple and frequently shifting priorities while developing and maintaining strong business relationships distinguishes Kevin as a top operative in our industry.

Prior to joining WaveCapital Partners, LLC, Kevin demonstrated the ability to successfully arrange and negotiate $20+ billion of public and privately placed debt in transactions such as the leverage buy-out of a public company, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing of credit facilities, bonds, initial public offerings, divestitures, and company spin-offs.

As Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Cablevision Systems Corporation, Kevin managed the company's approximately $10 billion debt capital structure, $850 million short-term investment portfolio, $27 billion risk management program, and $1.6 billion defined contribution and benefit plans. His day-to-day responsibilities consisted of direct treasury operations, debt investor/credit rating agencies relationships, interest rate risk management, budgeting/forecasting, and strategic planning.

Highlighted below are a few of Kevin's many valuable and critical achievements:

  • Raised $14 billion in new debt for refinancing purposes comprised of $5 billion in bank debt and $9 billion high-yield issuance, which generated $55 million in annual cash interest savings by virtue of an improvement in the company's cost of debt.
  • Managed and negotiated all financing aspects of the Madison Square Garden and AMC Networks spin-off from Cablevision, which included raising $3 billion in capital to fund the businesses as a stand-alone public company, as well as executed the debt for debt exchange in order to receive a favorable tax ruling for the transaction.
  • Raised $1.8 billion in capital to acquire Newsday Media Group and Bresnan Holdings, which included the integration of all treasury, risk management and pension related functions.
  • Led all aspects of the $1.8 billion financing for the spin-off of the Madison Square Garden Sports & Entertainment and Media businesses as stand-alone public companies.
  • Led all financing aspects of the Leveraged Buy-Out transaction of PanAmSat which included capital raising of approximately $4 billion of bank debt and high-yield bonds.

Before Kevin's exceptional tenure as SVP and Treasurer at Cablevision, he successfully served in Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, Senior Financial Analyst capacities for the following companies: IntelSat Corporation (formerly PanAmSat Corporation), Siemens, MCI International, and Prudential Financial. Kevin is a graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
