Morgan Clark is the lead Senior Financial Analyst at WaveCapital Partners. With a background in both environmental consulting and investment banking, Morgan brings a unique perspective and valuable skill-sets to the WaveCapital team.
Morgan started his professional career in environmental consulting as a biologist for Bio-Tech Consulting, Inc. in Orlando, Florida, where he worked for two-and-a-half years. As a biologist, he compiled and analyzed data utilized in strategic business decisions, and necessary for large-scale commercial and residential development project due-diligence and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. In addition, Morgan played an integral role in assessing the environmental value of land and presenting opportunities and limitations related to future development projects.
Morgan left Bio-Tech Consulting to pursue an M.B.A. degree at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in December of 2017 where he concentrated in Finance and Entrepreneurship. During his M.B.A. studies, Morgan worked with PCE Investment Bankers, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida. Working directly with the investment banking team, he gained transactional experience from one of the leading middle-market investment banking firms in the region. Morgan was involved with and responsible for performing market research, financial analysis, and due-diligence for numerous transactions.
Morgan holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
